I just LOVE these little bags. They are so cute and what a great way to use up old retired Designer Paper. These are my samples but I made bigger ones for my son's birthday party goody bags. They turned out so nice (sorry I have now realized I did not take pictures!). For the goody bags I did not do the scallop edge on the bottom though. I copied the tutorial here for the bags. What you need:
One 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 piece of card stock.
One 5 1/2 x 11 piece of designer paper.
One 1.5 x 11 inch piece of designer paper.
Tape
Round Tab Punch
Crop-a-dile, Large Eyelets
Scallop Edge Punch
Ribbon
Whatever you want to decorate your bag with.
